For the entirety of the Conference we will have reserved seating available for our special guests in the centre two sections of the auditorium. These reserved seats will be marked with the placeholder reading “Reserved Special Guests”
Throughout the conference, the green room will be available for our special guests. You can always grab a bottle of water or other drinks there. Tea and coffee will be available at the café.
We will be serving lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Friday and Saturday in this room. We invite you to join us if you wish. Our lunch will include catering for all dietary needs.
The green room will be a space for mingling and networking with other leaders. It will also serve as a quiet retreat where you can prepare for your session, if you wish.
The room is located in the board room. If you need any assistance finding it, one of our friendly team members will be happy to help.
Parking at our venue is limited, particularly during the day. One of our friendly volunteers will be able to assist you, directing you where to park on your arrival. Please remember to always park in an unmarked parking space during the day. Please ensure you display you parking permit, which you will receive in your Guest Pack when you arrive.

General Parking
There is limited onsite parking available. Please follow the guidance of our friendly volunteers to find a spot. We encourage carpooling or catching public transport if possible.

On Fridays, during business hours, there are 110 onsite parking spots available. Once these spots are filled, attendees will need to make their own parking arrangements. In addition to the 120 onsite spaces, there is paid parking available in and around Brisbane Technology Park. Alternatively, there is free parking at the Eight Mile Plains Bus Stop, located a short 15-minute walk away at 204 Miles Platting Road, Eight Mile Plains.
